How much traffic do I expect to come to this site?/How much bandwidth do I need?

Web sites can have from a couple hits a day to thousands of hits a minute or more. Each page view uses a certain amount of your monthly bandwidth, roughly 100Kbytes for your average page. Multiplying these two factors together can give you a ballpark idea of how much bandwidth you need to meet your user's needs and not go over your quota. When you're starting out, you really don't need that much hosting because your site is new and you won't be getting that many hits. You can always upgrade an account once your site takes off, but money spent for service you didn't need is money wasted. We would advise starting with our Economy Shared Hosting plan, and if your site starts getting a lot of traffic, or you start running out of disk space, upgrade to our Premium or Unlimited Shared Hosting plans.
